The Village of Chicago Ridge will be undertaking a Capital Improvement Project to reconstruct several sidewalk corners throughout the Village. The sidewalk corners will be reconstructed to meet the requirements set forth by the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines. These locations were identified in the Village’s adopted ADA Transition Plan. This is a sidewalk improvement project that is being partially funded through an Invest in Cook grant (Cook County). Construction is anticipated to begin in early September 2023 and be completed by late October 2023.
