Billing Cycles

Single-family homes are billed for water, sewer, and refuse service quarterly. Two-flats are billed for water, sewer, and refuse service monthly. Multi-family homes and businesses are billed for water and sewer monthly. Bills can be paid at the Village Hall during regular business hours. For your convenience, a drop box is available after hours.

Fees & Discounts

A 10% penalty is added to late payments. When selling or buying a home, apartment building, condominium, or business, be sure to call the Village Hall for a final water reading. A deposit is required for all new water services established in the Village. A senior citizen discount is available, but you must be at least 62 and retired or age 65 or older. Forms are available at the Village Hall.

Water & Sewer Rates

Water and sewer rates are as follows:

• Water - $7.55 per 1,000 gallons
• Sewer - $0.99 per 1,000 gallons

Minimums

• For single-family homes, the minimum usage is 12,000 gallons
• For condominiums, the minimum usage is 4,000 gallons
