Registration

All contractors working in the village are required to register at the Village Hall before permit will be issued. The requirements for all contractors’ registration are a registration fee of $75, a current certificate of insurance, and a $10,000 surety or performance bond. Fees & Requirements

• General Contractors - $100 registration fee, a current certificate of insurance, and a $10,000 surety or performance bond
• Electrical Contractors - $75 registration fee, a current certificate of insurance, a $10,000 surety or performance bond, and a copy of a valid electrical contractor's license
• Plumbing Contractors - A current certificate of insurance, and a copy of a valid plumbing contractor's license 055-IL
• Roofing Contractor - $75 registration fee, a current certificate of insurance, a $10,000 surety or performance bond, and a copy of the a valid Illinois roofing contractor license
