Board of Local Improvements

There is hereby established a Board of Local Improvements for the village which shall consist of the president and members of the Board of Trustees. The president of the village shall be the president of the Board of Local Improvements, and the village clerk shall act as the clerk and secretary of the Board of Local Improvements.

Powers & Duties

The Board of Local Improvements shall have the powers and perform the duties assigned to it by statute or by ordinance. The Board of Local Improvements shall meet upon the call of the president or any two members on any regular village board meeting night without special notice. All other meetings shall be called by personal service of a notice upon each member 24 hours prior to the meeting; provided, however, that a meeting may be held without notice when all members are present.
