Freedom of Information Act

To obtain copies of Village records, Ambulance/accident reports, etc:

• Pick up Freedom of Information form at the Village Hall or down load form here.
• Submit complete and signed form in person or by mail to:

• Records and information will be available for inspection and copying within seven working days of dated request unless information is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act (5IlCS 140/7), or an extension of time is required.

• Police report $5.00
• Ambulance/Fire Reports $10.00
• Photocopies (per page) $.25
• Extensive Research-Minimum charge $10.00
• Zoning Map $5.00
• Zoning Book $15.00
