Single-family homes are billed for water, sewer and refuse service quarterly.  Two-flats are billed for water, sewer and refuse service monthly.  Multifamily homes and businesses are billed for water and sewer monthly.  Bills can be paid at the Village Hall during regular business hours.  For your convenience, a drop box is available after hours.  A 10% penalty is added to late payments.  When selling or buying a home, apartment building, condominium, or business, be sure to call the Village Hall for a final water reading. A deposit is required for all new water services established in the Village

Also, a Senior Citizen Discount is available.  You must be 62 and retired or age 65.  Forms are available at the Village Hall.

Water and sewer rates are as follows:

• Water  - $6.10 per 1,000 gallons

• Sewer  - $0.92 per 1,000 gallons

Single-Family Homes - Minimum usage 12,000 gallons.

Condominiums – Minimum usage 4,000 gallons
