Pool Permits

A new ordinance amendment recommended by the Village Clerk, Charles Tokar, and passed by the Board of Trustees, eliminated the annual pool permit requirements.  Residents no longer have to secure the $4.00 yearly permit decal, although a $20.00 permit is still required by the erection of a new pool, whether above or in-ground.  This is to ensure that new pools are situated in a safe location on the property.
