Contractors

All contractors working in the Village are required to register at the Village Hall before permit will be issued.  The requirements for all contractors’ registration are a registration fee of $75.00, a current certificate of insurance and $10,000.00 surety or performance bond. You can also print a Contractor's Registration form from the Forms and Permits page of the Reference Desk section of the website.

• General Contractors - $100.00 registration fee, current certificate of insurance and $10,000.00 surety or performance bond. 

• Electrical Contractors - $75.00 registration fee, current certificate of insurance, $10,000.00 surety or performance bond. And a copy of Electrical Contractors License. 

• Plumbing Contractors - $75.00 registration fee, current certificate of insurance, $10,000.00 surety/performance bond or copy of state bond, and a copy of Plumbing Contractors License. 

• Roofing Contractor- $75.00 registration fee, current certificate of insurance, $10,000.00 surety or performance bond and a copy of the Illinois Roofing Contractor License. 

Other permits that are available from the Forms and Permits page of the Reference Desk section of the website are the Plumbing Permit, Mechanical Permit and Electrical Permit.
