Overview
 Our Village is governed by a President and Board of
Trustees. The Village President is the chief executive
officer and the Board of Trustees is the legislative body.
The Village Clerk is the keeper of the records. The
Village President, Board of Trustees and Clerk are all elected
to four year terms. Local elections are held every two
years in the spring.
 Village meetings are held in the Village Hall which is
located at 10455 S. Ridgeland Avenue. Committee meetings
of the Village Board are held on the first and third Tuesday of
each month at 7:00 pm. Regular Board meetings are held on
the first and third Tuesday of each month at 8:00 pm.
Exceptions are holidays and other special circumstances.
An annual meeting schedule is posted at the Village Hall.
These meetings are open to the public and all residents are
encouraged to attend. If you have a concern, it may be
placed on the agenda by calling the Village Clerk's office at
(708) 425-7700.
Chicago Ridge is a Village that prides itself on homes and
neighborhoods that are well kept and amply protected by its
police and fire services. Please call the Village Hall
